This workshop will take place in the studio. Students must be fully vaccinated to participate. Masks are optional.

Luxuriate in a gentle, restorative yoga class while enjoying healing energy through the hands of Reiki practitioner and yoga teacher Rochelle Ellis. You will be led to gently stretch and settle into supported poses that encourage your nervous system to fully relax. As you restore in stillness, Rochelle will offer Reiki healing energy through light touch. Experience tension reduction, release anxiety, and nourish your body, mind and spirit.

For those who prefer not to be touched, Reiki healing energy can be provided with hands held above the body, so direct contact is not required. Enjoy Reiki from crown to root, and, if desired, request extra attention for any area before the class begins.

Enrollment is limited to eight participants to allow for individual attention. This workshop is appropriate for all skill and experience levels.

In addition to your yoga mat, please bring a light blanket or beach towel or two for support and warmth. Bolsters and blocks are available in the studio, or bring your own.

Prenatal Yoga 6-Week In-Studio Summer Series with Ellie Morris

This class will meet on the following dates: 6/15, 6/22, 6/29, 7/13, 7/20, and 7/27.

We will NOT hold class on 7/6.

No refunds, credits, or transfers for individual classes missed in the series. Students must be fully vaccinated to participate in this class in the studio. Masks are optional.

Join Ellie for a 6-week session designed to build community among moms-to-be and help prepare your mind and body for birth and parenting. Learn postures, breathing, and relaxation techniques to help ease pregnancy and delivery and meet the challenges of new motherhood.This session is appropriate for any stage of pregnancy (as long as you have clearance to exercise from your providers). Modifications and specific poses are offered to cater to participants specific needs.

If you wish to join the series after it has started you may join at Week 2 if space is available but must pay the total course feel. Please email us at if you would like to register after Week 1.

Update for 2022: The practice portion of each class will be recorded. We will send the recording out to all participants on the following Thursday via email from recording will be accessible for 3 days.
