Take a pre-holiday break to reconnect with your life force and energy centers within your body in order to prepare you for what lies ahead. Join Mary in a Blissful exploration of the senses – experiencing comforting scents, soothing vibrations, and restorative yoga.

During each posture, you will be offered essential oils to expand your consciousness and connect you to the natural changes of the seasons as your energy centers begin to awaken. Mary will perform Tuning Fork Therapy® on each of your chakras while you are in the Restorative postures to activate the deep energy held within the body/mind/spirit. These expertly crafted combinations will create the protective, loving energy needed during the holidays.

You will leave feeling refreshed, connected, and aligned.

Please bring 1-2 blankets/beach towels for this practice, in addition to your yoga mat. Blocks, bolsters, and straps are available for shared use at the studio and some props are available to purchase in our boutique.

This 6-week In Studio Beginners series introduces the fundamentals of a yoga practice in a safe, fun, and engaging learning environment. Students will learn proper breathing techniques, fundamental yoga poses, and methods for relaxation. This series is taught in a sequential manner to help students build confidence, strength and flexibility to prepare them for other classes at Bliss Body. Students who complete the series will receive $25 off their next class pass purchase. You don’t need to have a flexible body or a quiet mind to begin– you just need to show up! Please bring a yoga blanket or beach towel to this class along with your own yoga mat. If you don’t have these items we sell them in our studio boutique.
