Join Masuda Mohamadi, author of Unlock the Power of Your Chakras, for a fun, energizing class to release stress and tension, awaken your inner strength and vitality, and open your heart center to new levels of gratitude. Holidays can be stressful and draining so give yourself the gift of yoga and meditation to recharge your energy and connect more deeply with what you love and what you are grateful for in your life. This free livestream class is open to all levels and will include Hatha and Kundalini yoga poses, breathing techniques, meditations, and visualizations.

Masuda Mohamadi is a yoga teacher, teacher trainer, author, and owner of Radiance Yoga studio in Alexandria, Virginia. With two decades of teaching experience, Masuda has helped students transform their lives and build physical and emotional strength and resilience. Leading classes, workshops, and retreats around the world on yoga, meditation, and the chakras, Masuda creates a warm and inviting space for students to expand their awareness, discover their power, and connect with their creative essence.

Masuda is the author of Unlock the Power of Your Chakras, released in August 2022 by Llewellyn publishing. Her writing combines ancient wisdom and philosophy of yoga with accessible practices that can make profound changes in your body, consciousness, and life. Each chapter is dedicated to a specific chakra, complete with exercises, yoga sets, and meditations, to help strengthen and balance the entire chakra system.

In the rush of the holiday season, we often forget to tend to ourselves. Join Karley for a 75 minute practice meant only for you, to allow your body and mind to be top priority. We’ll start with a guided meditation and breath work, then move towards an active practice, closing with a series of restorative and yin shapes with the option for hands-on assists and lavender massage. You’ll leave refreshed, relaxed and in-tune with your whole self. All levels are welcome, and props and modifications will of course be provided. This class will be even parts flow and restorative.
